What is AWS Billing Service?

AWS Billing is an FTI service that works with AWS to help customers (instead of paying directly) and is properly invoiced by FTI.

Billing costs will be based on the customer's monthly billing (can be downloaded directly from the AWS Management Console and applied according to the formula provided by FTI) (mentioned in the quote). AWS Billing costs will be reconciled on a monthly basis, transparently and without incurring other hidden costs during the use of AWS services.
